All events are subject to change/cancellation in unforseen circumstances.

Changes will be advised as soon as possible. Please advise Gillian Burchell or Mairi Ellison if you wish to attend any evening event so we know if it is viable to run it.

2026

Saturday 25th April. (Weather permitting) Opening Day.

We plan to open for the summer on Saturday April 25th, from 10am, (weather and green permitting) with our President, Les Clarke, bowling the first wood.

Coffee and Bacon butties will be available before the game, and hopefully we will have a short game of bowls which is on Rink Diary, please add your name if you intend to attend and add an F if you want bacon.

Bring a picnic for after the game and the Bar will open for a drink.

Sunday 3rd May (Weather permitting) Open Day.

The public are invited to come along and try their hand at outdoor bowls. The only requirement is to wear flat soled shoes, all other equipment will be provided to allow you to try out the game for yourself on our green.

Club and Green Maintenance

The club and green maintenance sessions continue every Tuesday, 9am-12am (even in Winter!)

-- Working party at Club - there's always something to be done and more help would be appreciated.
Call Paul or Les to confirm you will be attending. (there might be pasties and coffee available)
